(2) Scaling the impact of AI-powered products — optimizing leverage to deliver more impact. (3) Overcoming adoption barriers — highlighting strategies used by the world’s leading orgs to scale value and impact.

What types of guests is the Product Impact Podcast looking for? +

Our focus is highly strategic and pragmatic. We want business, product, design, and research leaders who can unpack the uncomfortable truths about delivering impact at scale. We are seeking dedicated academics and thought leaders who challenge the status quo on how to measure and improve impact delivery.

Why did Design of AI podcast rebrand to Product Impact Podcast? +

We started the Design of AI podcast at the end of 2023 at a time when GenAI was a black box of possibilities. Our focus was to help people working in tech navigate a great time of change. We’ve now moved into the next era of AI — scaling value. Where season one was focused on explaining AI and how roles will change, season 2 focuses on how to measure impact and how to scale impact.
